About
Aggregatus was a data aggregation service. It collected information of the same kind from many websites, such as shoe catalogs, apartment listings or news, and made it searchable, filterable and sortable as if it all came from one site.
Users built collections with their own sets of properties. A CSS Wizard opened a third-party site in a preview window, where users clicked the elements they wanted to scrape and got the matching CSS selectors automatically. It was built with Scrapy, Elasticsearch, Lumen, MySQL and React, behind Nginx.
The service launched in 2018 and is no longer running.
